The Wellness Equity Study

From the desk of WEF's Chairman, Gavriel Shaw

You may have seen movies where wealthy elites gain access to advanced rejuvenation technologies to make their bodies young again—almost always portrayed as sinister and selfish characters.

The truth is quite different. Many high-powered and outspoken advocates for longevity whom I know personally are deeply passionate about delivering good health to everyone—what I call "Longevity Equity": the sharing of insights and resources that help all people increase their healthspan and lifespan.

The Longevity Equity Study will build upon our adjacent Wellness Circuit study by adapting insights gained from premium wellness facilities to identify the most accessible methods anyone can use to achieve similar results—essentially creating a community-based translation of validated longevity interventions for underserved populations.

When resources are abundant and access is easy, people tend to take better care of themselves and achieve longer-lasting good health. Part of this formula is the certainty of knowing they have access to the very best. Certainty creates discipline, generating a positive cycle of maintaining healthy habits.

We believe that with the same level of certainty—through education, inspiration, and clear protocols—more people will readily improve their health habits to achieve similar results in rejuvenation, healthspan, and lifespan.

Our team is working diligently to find the right partners who can help introduce our findings through community programs that support a higher caliber of wellness for all.
